If your joints or spine hurt, movement feels limited, or you are returning to fitness after an injury, medical-space offers a physical-treatment package planned around your condition and guided by a physiotherapist.

Price: 1,000 PLN for 10 treatment visits. At each visit we perform 3 treatments listed in your plan.

How it works:

1. Book a qualification visit where the physiotherapist checks which of the 6 available treatments are safe and appropriate for you. The qualification visit does not count towards the ten visits.

2. At the same visit the physiotherapist tentatively sets the plan: for each of the 10 visits they specify which 3 treatments will be performed that day.

3. Complete the planned cycle within 2 weeks.

Treatments available to choose from in the package: Super Inductive Stimulation (SIS), TECAR therapy, shock wave, high-energy laser, pneumatic drainage, electrotherapy.

The Executive Chill package is calm, planned recovery at medical-space: no phones, no meetings, no rush. Time in the treatment room is reserved only for you.

The package includes:

Dental (TMJ) physiotherapy (1 hour) – work on temporomandibular joints, tension and symptoms linked to bruxism or overload.

Manual therapy (1 hour) – focused work on pain, stiffness and mobility.

Therapeutic massage (30 minutes) – intensive recovery of a chosen area.

The Executive Chill package price is 450 PLN.

At medical-space you can still use free orthopaedic consultations with an ultrasound scan under the Gmina Trzebownisko health programme. The offer is for adults only.

The medical-space team keeps growing. We have recently expanded the range of care for patients with new specialties:

Diabetology: Dr Magdalena Dziedzic-Matejko, a diabetology specialist, provides holistic care for diabetes and obesity, including type 1, type 2 and gestational diabetes. Together with the patient she prepares an individual treatment plan.

Internal medicine: Dr Paweł Piszczek, a specialist in internal medicine and obesity medicine, focuses on comprehensive pharmacological treatment of obesity and its metabolic and cardiovascular consequences.

Cardiac surgery: Dr Sławomir Żurek provides cardiac surgery consultations for cardiovascular disease, including qualification for surgery such as off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting, transcatheter and transapical aortic valve implantation (TAVI), and other minimally invasive cardiac surgery procedures.

Justyna Ruszała, MSc, has also joined the physiotherapy team. She specialises in urogynaecology and aesthetic physiotherapy, especially care during pregnancy and after birth, including diastasis recti abdominis (DRA), scars after plastic surgery and caesarean section, and other urogynaecological dysfunctions.

In our digital X-ray room we take images every day from 9:00 to 18:00. Patients receive the image within 5 minutes of the exam and the report within 3 days. Bring a doctor's referral and an identity document. RTG is most often used by pulmonology and post-injury orthopaedic patients.

Residents of Gmina Trzebownisko are invited to free orthopaedic and dermatology consultations delivered under the municipality's funded specialist consultation programme.

To register, call medical-space registration and sign a residence declaration at a convenient time. Adult-only orthopaedic consultations include an ultrasound scan. Dermatology consultations are available for children and adults.

Apteka Aura operates in the medical-space building at Trzebownisko 1029.

It is a convenient complement to a specialist visit: you can collect your prescription right after the consultation without an extra trip. Apteka Aura is open Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 15:00.
