Scope of work
She is a psychologist and graduate of Applied Psychology at the Jagiellonian University in Kraków, which she completed in 2019. For several years she has worked with children, adolescents and adults.
In her work she follows a systemic, developmental approach. She understands a child's or teenager's difficulties in the context of family relationships, environment and developmental stage, which is why working closely with parents and caregivers is an important part of the support she provides.
In the diagnostic process she relies on careful observation and an in-depth understanding of the difficulties reported. When needed, she carries out or recommends further diagnostics, including assessment for ADHD, autism spectrum and other areas of neurodivergence.
She supports children and adolescents experiencing emotional difficulties, mood disorders, anxiety, eating disorders and developmental crises. She also helps parents and families build safe relationships, improve communication and better understand their child's needs.
A special place in her work is also given to supporting women during the perinatal period, both in terms of emotional support and adapting to the changes that come with motherhood.
