Scope of work

Key areas of care and how we support patients

  • spine and neck pain: disc disease, sciatica, femoral and brachial radiculopathy
  • joint pain and dysfunction: shoulders, knees, hips
  • pre-operative rehabilitation and tissue conditioning
  • return to fitness after surgery, fractures and sprains
  • sports injuries: ankle sprains, Achilles tendon, golfer's and tennis elbow
  • jumper's knee, muscle strains and tears
  • trigger points, myofascial overload and inflammation
  1. I am a physiotherapy graduate, a qualified osteopath and a certified massage therapist.

  2. In my daily practice I rely on precise, proven solutions that effectively relieve pain and restore full fitness. My therapy combines manual therapy, individually selected exercises and modern physiotherapy.

  3. Cooperation with physicians and other specialists is essential to me, as it ensures comprehensive care and complete safety at every stage of treatment. I am constantly developing my qualifications — I am training in musculoskeletal ultrasound for physiotherapists, which lets me monitor tissue condition on an ongoing basis and guide therapy even more precisely.
