I have a particular interest in disc disease, radicular syndromes, chronic pain and the influence of the stress response on pain conditions.
I believe effective therapy isn't just the therapist's knowledge and experience — it's also about building a partnership with the patient.
I want my patients to better understand their bodies and gain the tools and knowledge to manage pain and the stress response themselves.
